SUMMARY:March Chapter Meeting - Chapter and Individual Goal-setting for 2024
DESCRIPTION:Chapter and Individual Goal-setting for 2024 \nAfter a quick review of 2023 accomplishments\, we will work through goal-setting and possible initiatives for the Chapter. This exercise will help the Leadership Committee put together our Strategic Plan for 2024. \nAttendees are subdivided into breakout rooms where they brainstorm for goals or initiatives for the Chapter. After some time for discussion\, the whole group reconvenes and ideas are posted (as virtual post-it notes) on a whiteboard. \nThe exercise is repeated\, with the topic of individual goals and actions for this year\, both within Chapter initiatives and on their own. \nThe final whiteboards from last year are included below. We went through this exercise last year and those who attended enjoyed it. \nOne change from last year – we will be using the whiteboard from Miro (https://miro.com/). It will save you time if you register for an account ahead of time.
